$30 OFF with a full home inspection. Ensure the waste water flows properly to the sewer to avoid a surprise repair costing you thousands of dollars.

Termite Inspection (WDO) $200
1/2 OFF for VA Loans!!! Thank you, Veterans. We inspect for termites, carpenter ants, carpenter bees, powder post beetles, and wood-decaying fungi.

Radon 48-hour Air Test $250
Cancer-causing Radon is very prevalent in Indiana. It comes up from the rock and soil under your home and seeps in through cracks, gaps, pipes, wiring, or sump pumps.

Are there metals, microorganisms, or other contaminants in your drinking water? On a well? We perform required tests for VA or FHA mortgage loans.

Limited 1-4 System Inspection Starting At $150
Gain insights into specific home systems that concern you. $150 for 1st system, and $50 for each additional system. (example: Just Roof and Foundation is $200 with report)

A comprehensive home inspection for newly constructed homes, conducted just before the builder's one-year warranty expires.

Thermal Imaging Call/Text for Quote
Infrared camera may reveal water leaks, moisture intrusion, insulation deficiencies, air leaks, electrical overheating, HVAC problems, and even pest infestations.

Investor Walkthrough Consultation $200
Have an inspector walk a property before you make an offer. Phone/Zoom/in-person consultation follow-up. No written Report.

Mold Air Quality Test $325
Lab analysis on indoor spore counts, helps identify hidden growth behind drywall or under floors, and clarifies whether a property requires professional remediation.

No waiting 2 or 3 days for your home inspection report. Set the due date! Our reports are written and published between 6 and 48 hours after the inspection, usually during the next business day. We understand that clear, prompt communication is key to your transaction.

A photo speaks a thousand words. Important recommendations in your report will be annotated with red or orange shapes. That way you will know exactly what you’re looking at!
